Resolution check.
I had totally forgotten about the New Year’s resolution’s I made earlier this year, until I saw this picture today. Luckily I have done some of them well, even though I haven’t done some of the others well or at all. As I looked up my goals for the year, I was reminded that I need encouragement to complete the tasks I set out on.
Maybe you do to… So, just because we may have slacked in some of the goals we made, we don’t have to give up entirely. The year isn’t over. We can do this!










Well I’ve already done one 5k this year so Ive started on the right track. One book isxalmost done….have another one to start. I think this the first year I’ve made it this far
Well inspired by the worship pastor at my church last Wednesday night during orchestra practice, I finally got back on the exercise band wagon. Doing my Couch to Walk exercise program. I went walking on Saturday with my friend Caleb (he and I are going to exercise a couple of times a week together). And I am making it a point to eat healthier. Except today I had a frosty milkshake from Wendy’s. Caleb might have to make me run on Saturday and he better be nice – I may be whiny lol.
