I have gained 15 pounds in C1 year!!! WHAT!!! I also have high blood pressure these days....feel sorry for me yet?? No, that all true but I do not want, need, desire pity. I want motiviation. I used to run with my dad everyday growing up - I did it at first so that I could 'watch' after him and make sure he returned! haha But, then I really desired being healthy and looking fit. In 2004-2005, I gave my runs to Jesus as my own, unique form of worship! I-pod turned up and just totally singing and running all for my Lord. I want that back.
